عقدت الجمعية المصرية اللبنانية لرجال الأعمال ندوة بعنوان " آليات تيسير حركة التجارة وتنمية الصادرات " بحضور اللواء/ إسماعيل جابر-رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات وأعضاء الجمعية حيث تم مناقشة دور الهيئة في تسهيل حركة التجارة الخارجية من خلال معاملها المعتمدة وأنها بدأت خطة تطوير المعامل الصناعية والغذائية بتكلفة 350 مليون جنية مقسمة على ثلاث سنوات حيث سيتم تطوير وتحديث المعامل واستحداث معامل جديدة للفحص.
وأضاف سيادته أن الهيئة بدأت في إنهاء تعاملات المستوردين من خلال نظام الشباك الواحد تحت مسمى "لوجيستي"، والذى يهدف الى تقليل الإجراءات وزمن الإفراج الجمركي عن الرسائل وإزالة البيروقراطية على المستورد بتجميع خدماته المطلوبة في جهة واحدة، والذى تم العمل به بفرعي الهيئة بمطار القاهرة وبورسعيد.

The Egyptian Lebanese Association for Businessmen held a seminar entitled ‘‘Trade Facilitation Mechanisms and Exports Development‘‘ with the presence of M.G. Ismael Gaber the chairman of GOEIC, and the members of Lebanese Association where they discussed the role of GOEIC in Foreign Trade Facilitation through its accredited labs.
GOEIC also started a developing plan for the industrial and food labs at a cost of 350 Million Dollars divided on 3 years, as the laboratories will be developed and updated, and new laboratories for inspection will be developed.
He also added that GOEIC started the One Window System with Importers which is called ' Logistics' its main aim is reducing the procedures, the time of customs release of a shipment, and eliminating bureaucracy from importers by collecting all the service required in one place, and this has been applied in both Cairo Airport and Bort-Said branches.
