GOEIC Training Centre has trained ( 6802) trainees from outside GOEIC: about (6119) trainees of the Importers at “Practicing Importation certificate' program” have been trained out of (156) programs during the period from 6 august 2017 till 31october 2020, one of these programs occurred during October 2020.
As for the trainees from exporters, about (683) trainees of Exporters at ‘Practicing Exportation certificate' program” have been trained out of (29) training programs during the period from 28 October 2018 till 31 October 2020, one program of which occurred during October 2020.

إطلاق خدمة تتبع السلع المستوردة داخل الأسواق
في إطار حرص الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات لمتابعه جودة السلع المستوردة، ووضع المزيد من الضوابط اللازمة لمتابعتها داخل الأسواق لضمان جودتها والحفاظ على حقوق المستهلك وإتخاذ التدابير اللازمة للحد من السلع الرديئة.
وفي هذا الإطار توفر الهيئة نموذج لبيانات السلع المستوردة محل الشكوى حتى يمكن تتبع مصدرها وتلافي تكرار مثل هذه المشاكل مرة أخرى.
والبيانات المطلوبة هي:
اسم الصنف.
اسم العلامة التجارية.
تاريخ الشراء.
وصف المشكلة.
الدولة المستورد منها.
اسم الموزع (في حالة وجوده).
اسم المستورد (في حالة وجوده).
اسم المصنع الأجنبى (في حالة وجوده).

Lunching "Traceability" service for imported goods into the markets
As GOEIC is very keen to follow up the quality of imported goods, and putting down more necessary controls into the markets to be followed to ensure their quality, preserve the rights of consumers and take the necessary measures to reduce the goods with low quality.
Accordingly, in this context, GOEIC provides a form for the data of the imported goods, subject of the complaint; so that its source can be traced and such problems not to be repeated again.
Required data:
- Product name
- Trade mark
- Purchase date
- Description of the problem
- Country of import
- Name of distributor(if existed)
- Name of Importers(if existed)
- Name of foreign factory (if existed)

• شركة BUREAU VERITAS تقوم بإجراء المراجعة الأولى على نظام إدارة الجودة بالهيئة.
• إشادة جهة المنح بفاعلية أداء نظام إدارة الجودة بالهيئة.
في إطار حرص الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات على الارتقاء بمنظومة الخدمات المقدمة لمجتمع المصدرين والمستوردين عن طريق تطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة الدولية بما يسهم في تيسير حركة التجارة بين مصر والأسواق الخارجية.
فقد قامت شركة BUREAU VERITAS وهي الجهة المانحة لشهادة الأيزو 9001/2015 بإجراء المراجعة الأولى على نظام إدارة الجودة بالهيئة وقد أشادت جهة المنح بفاعلية أداء نظام إدارة الجودة بالهيئة رغم الصعوبات التي قابلت الهيئة نتيجة تفشى وباء كوروناCOVID-19 وتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية طبقاً لقرارات السيد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الصادرة في هذا الشأن حيث تأتى الهيئة في مقدمة الجهات الحاصلة على شهادة الجودة ايزو 9001.

BUREAU VERITAS Company (which consider as the grantor body of the ISO certification 9001/2015) gets up the first review procedure of the quality administration system on GOEIC , The grantor side was praised the effective performance of the quality administration system at GOEIC, despite the difficulties which GOEIC faced as a result of corona outbreak (covid-19) ,and to apply the precautionary measures according to the issued decisions of the prime minister about that matter, where the organization comes at the forefront of the bodies that obtain the quality ISO 9001 certificate.
