He confirmed to reactivate the role of customer's service department to deal with the audience, to know all problems they faced and to solve it quickly and accurately, also to maintain the safety of the staff and customers. Engineer /Essam Elnagar asks the team work to prepare a weekly report necessary of the problems which they faced to analysis and to know the reasons if it related to GOEIC's procedures, so to solve it and avoid repetition. He urged the necessary for cooperation between departments and customers service to quickly respond to inquiries received. According to the directions of the minister of trade and industry, Dr. Nevean Gamea to upgrade the services system provided for exporters and importers community ,where  under the great caring from the ministry to develop the organization as it is the only body affiliated to the ministry which available in all border and customs outlets.it is  considering the safety value to save the Egyptian product reputation abroad and also the local market from entering any poor quality products and reach to the Egyptian consumer. Mission of the Center Training Center Providing a distinct regional model for practical training in the fields of foreign trade and laboratory tests of various types of commodities and their usage and applying concepts of quality on training process, while ensuring continuity of development as a quality requirement Mission of the Center The Training Center consists of: First: Headquarters Training Center at Cairo Airport - Three training halls, with a 20-trainee capacity of each, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and training aids to provide training on administrative and technical programs. - Two laboratories, with a 12-trainee capacity of each, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to provide training on computer programs. - A laboratory for language training with a 13-trainee capacity. - Conference hall, with a 100-person capacity, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in addition to a video conference system to broadcast events of conferences anywhere at the same time. - Modern scientific library, with the latest scientific books and references, connected to the network of the Goeic library located in the Training Center of Goeic in Dekheila (Alexandria) to exchange technical and scientific information as quickly as possible.
