تعلن الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات عن عقد ورشة عمل للسادة الوسطاء العقاريين وكل من يعمل فى هذا المجال يوم الخميس القادم الموافق 26/5/2022 الساعة العاشرة صباحاً بمقر الهيئة بالمطار وذلك لمناقشة وشرح قانون 21 لسنة 2022 والخاص بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 120 لسنة 1982 بإصدار قانون تنظيم أعمال الوكالة التجارية وبعض أعمال الوساطة التجارية.
ومن النقاط التى سيتم مناقشتها بورشة العمل ( تعريف الوسيط العقارى - نبذة عن الضوابط الرقابية للوساطة العقارية بشأن مكافحة غسل الاموال وتمويل الارهاب - نبذة عن القوائم السلبية - فئات الوسطاء العقاريين - إجراءات التسجيل فى سجل الوكلاء التجاريين – الالتزامات والعقوبات المقررة على الوسطاء العقاريين).

GOEIC holds a workshop for Real Estate Brokers
The General Organization for Export and Import Control announces the holding of a workshop for real estate brokers and all those working in this field on Thursday 26/5/2022 at 10 a.m. at GOEIC in the airport in order to discuss and explain Law 21/2022 amending certain provisions of Law No. 120/1982 by promulgating the Commercial Agency's Business Regulation Act and certain business intermediations.
The workshop will discuss: (definition of real estate broker - overview of the controls of real estate brokers on combating money laundering and terrorist financing - overview of negative lists - categories of real estate brokers - procedures for registration in the register of commercial agents - obligations and penalties for real estate brokers).

L'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations organise un atelier pour les courtiers immobiliers
L'Organisation générale de contrôle des exportations et des importations annonce la tenue d'un atelier pour les courtiers immobiliers et tous ceux qui travaillent dans ce domaine jeudi prochain, correspondant au 26/05/2022 à dix heures du matin au siège de l'autorité à l'aéroport, pour discuter et expliquer la loi 21 de 2022 concernant la modification de certaines dispositions de la loi n ° 120 de l'année 1982 avec la promulgation de la loi réglementant le travail d'agence commerciale et certains travaux de médiation commerciale.
Et sur les points qui seront abordés en atelier (définition d'un courtier immobilier - aperçu des contrôles des courtiers immobiliers en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme - aperçu des listes négatives - catégories de courtiers immobiliers - inscription démarches auprès du registre des agents commerciaux - obligations et sanctions pour les agents immobiliers).

The Chairman of GOEIC participates in an open dialogue with the Egyptian Lebanese Association
As part of the partnership between government agencies and the private sector, Mr. Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, The Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, was invited to hold an open dialogue with members of the Egyptian Lebanese Businessmen's Association tomorrow, Monday, May 23, 2022, at the Inter Continental Smiramis Hotel in Garden City.
The dialogue will revolve around the movement and controls of government decisions regulating the import process and publicizing GOEIC efforts in facilitating the procedures governing trade movement and overcoming obstacles to investors and the industrial and commercial community.

Le président de G.O.E.I.C participe à un dialogue ouvert avec l'(Association égyptienne libanaise)
Dans le cadre du partenariat entre les agences gouvernementales et le secteur privé, l'ingénieur Essam El-Nagar, président du conseil d'administration de l'Organisation générale pour le contrôle des exportations et des importations, a été invité à tenir un dialogue ouvert avec les membres de l'association égyptienne libanaise pour hommes d’affaire demain,lundi 23 mai 2022 à l'hôtel Semiramis à Garden City.
Le dialogue portera sur le mouvement et les contrôles des décisions gouvernementales réglementant le processus d'importation, et présentera les efforts de l'autorité pour faciliter les procédures réglementant le mouvement des échanges et surmonter les obstacles auxquels sont confrontés les investisseurs et la communauté industrielle et commerciale.

رئيس الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات يشارك فى حوار مفتوح مع (الجمعية المصرية اللبنانية)
في إطار الشراكة بين الأجهزة الحكومية والقطاع الخاص تم دعوة السيد المهندس عصام النجار رئيس مجلس ادارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات لعمل حوار مفتوح مع أعضاء الجمعية المصرية اللبنانية لرجال الاعمال وذلك غداً الاثنين الموافق يوم 23 مايو 2022 بفندق انتركونتيننتال سميراميس بجاردن سيتى .
وسوف يدور الحوار حول حركة وضوابط القرارات الحكومية المنظمة لعملية الاستيراد والتعريف بجهود الهيئة في تيسير الإجراءات المنظمة لحركة التجارة وتذليل العقبات امام المستثمرين والمجتمع الصناعي والتجاري.
