Le Département émet une carte d'enregistrement dans le registre des bureaux de services des sociétés étrangères après avoir reçu une lettre de la société étrangère exprimant son désir de s'inscrire. Cela dépend du fait que la société étrangère dispose d'un agent égyptien et que le bureau n'exerce aucune activité commerciale.
Foreign Offices
The Department issues a registration card in the registry of foreign company service offices after receiving a letter from the foreign company expressing its desire to register. This is contingent on the foreign company having an Egyptian agent, and the office not engaging in any business activity.
المستوردين
• تقوم الادارة العامة لسجل المستوردين باصدار بطاقة القيد فى سجل المستوردين التى تعتبر بمثابة تصريح دخول للمنتجات المستوردة بعد فحصها فى الادارة المختصه والتى يتم من خلالها التعامل فى المنافذ الجمركية.
• من حق المنشأة الاختيار مابين 21 مجموعه سلعية والتى تحدد مسبقا من خلال النشاط فى صحيفة القيد فى السجل التجارى
• تقوم الادارة بفحص المستندات الخاصىه بالمنشأة ومدى مطابقتها للوائح والقوانين المنظمة لذلك ،وفى حالة الموافقة على القيد يتم اصدار بطاقة قيد لمدة خمس سنوات قابله للتجديد.
Les Importateurs
• Le département général du dossier de l’importateur délivre une carte d’enregistrement dans le dossier de l’importateur, qui est considérée comme un permis d’entrée pour les produits importés après avoir été inspectée par le département compétent par lequel les transactions dans les ports de douane sont effectuées.
• L’établissement a le droit de choisir parmi 21 groupes de produits présélectionnés par activité dans le registre d’enregistrement du registre du commerce.
• Le Ministère inspecte les documents de l’installation et leur conformité aux lois et règlements applicables. Si l’enregistrement est approuvé, une carte d’enregistrement renouvelable de cinq ans est délivrée.

Importers
• The General Department of the Importers' Record issues a registration card in the Importers' Record, which is regarded as an entry permit for imported products after being inspected by the competent department through which dealings in customs ports are carried out.
• The facility has the right to choose from 21 commodity groups that are preselected by activity in the registration record of the commercial register.
• The Department inspects the facility's documents and their conformity with applicable laws and regulations. If the registration is approved, a five-year renewable registration card is issued.
