تصدر الإدارة بطاقة قيد في سجل مكاتب خدمات الشركات الأجنبية بعد الحصول على خطاب من الشركة الأجنبية يفيد رغبتها في القيد ، بشرط أن يكون للشركة الأجنبية وكيل مصري ولا يمارس المكتب أي نشاط تجاري.
