"GOEIC participe à la sixième conférence pour le développement immobilier sous le thème " défis face à l’avenir du secteur immobilier2023 M. Essam Al-Naggar, Président du Conseil d’administration de l’Autorité Générale de Contrôle des Exportations et des Importations, a participé à la deuxième session de la conférence ,son excellence a discuté la nouvelle loi des courtiers immobiliers en assurant l’engagement du vendeur de l’immeuble à soumettre toutes les données juridiques concernant l’immeuble ou l’unité immobilière lors de la vente ou de l’achat, ajoutant que la loi sera bientôt disponible sur le site officiel de l’Autorité Générale de Contrôle des Exportations et des Importations. L’ingénieur Essam Al-Naggar a ajouté que le cours de formation pour les courtiers immobiliers commencera avec la publication des règlements d’application exécutifs au cours du mois prochain. Au cours de la deuxième session de la sixième Conférence du développement immobilier sous le titre: « Défis face à l’avenir du secteur immobilier 2023 organisée par « la société GTM », Son Excellence a assuré la nécessité de l’existence d’une loi qui œuvre à réglementer le travail du courtier immobilier, et a souligné la nécessité de s’inscrire au registre du courtage immobilier et d’interdire l’exerce de l’activité sans inscription à celui-ci, sinon le courtier sera soumis à des sanctions conformément aux dispositions de la loi 21 de l’année 2022.
