• The General Department of the Importers' Record issues a registration card in the Importers' Record, which is regarded as an entry permit for imported products after being inspected by the competent department through which dealings in customs ports are carried out. 
• The facility has the right to choose from 21 commodity groups that are preselected by activity in the registration record of the commercial register. 
• The Department inspects the facility's documents and their conformity with applicable laws and regulations. If the registration is approved, a five-year renewable registration card is issued.
