Chairman of (GOEIC) participates in the meeting of the Tax and Customs Committee of the Federation of Egyptian Industries in its twenty-fourth meeting during the session of the Governing Council of the Federation 2021-2025 The Tax and Customs Committee of the Federation of Egyptian Industries, chaired by Mohamed El-Bahy, held its twenty-fourth meeting during the session of the Governing Council of the Federation 2021-2025 with officials of the Ministry of Finance, Industry and Trade to discuss the problems facing companies during the recent period. The meeting was attended by Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, Al-Shahat Ghaturi, Head of the Customs Authority, Ibrahim Al-Segini, Assistant Minister of Trade and Industry for Economic Affairs, Dr. Amani Al-Wasal, Head of the Agreements and Foreign Trade Sector, and a number of leaders of the Ministry of Finance and the Egyptian Customs Authority. The meeting dealt with discussing the pending problems that were previously discussed in previous meetings, in addition to the requests of the members representing the chambers. Some issues related to customs distortions resulting from the increase in the customs tax for production requirements on some items of the finished product were also discussed, in preparation for presenting them to the Higher Committee for Customs Tariff to address the impact of these distortions.

Le Président de la (GOEIC) participe à la réunion du Comité fiscal et des douanes à la Fédération des Industries Egyptiennes sa vingt-quatrième réunion lors de la session du Conseil d’Administration de la Fédération (2021-2025) Le Comité fiscal et des douanes a été tenu au siège de la Fédération des Industries Egyptiennes, sous la présidence de M. Mohamed El-Bahay, sa vingt-quatrième réunion lors de la session du Conseil d’administration de la Fédération (2021-2025) avec des responsables du Ministère des Finances, de l’Industrie et du Commerce pour discuter les problèmes auxquels les entreprises ont été confrontées au cours de la période récente. Chacun d’eux a assisté à la réunion : L’ing /Essam El-Naggar, Président du conseil d’administration de la (GOEIC), Shahat Ghatwary, Chef de l’Autorité douanière, Ibrahim Al-Seginy, Ministre adjoint du commerce et de l’industrie chargé des affaires économiques, Madame/ Amany Al-Wesal, Chef du secteur des accords et du commerce extérieur, et un certain nombre de dirigeants du Ministère des Finances et de l’Autorité douanière égyptienne. La réunion a abordé les problèmes en suspens et précédemment discutés lors des réunions précédentes, en plus les demandes des membres représentants des chambres. Ils ont également discuté certains sujets liés aux distorsions douanières résultant de l’augmentation de la taxe douanière pour les exigences de production concernant certains articles du produit fini, en vue de les présenter au Comité suprême du tarif douanier pour traiter l’impact de ces distorsions.
