L'Administration délivre une carte d'inscription au Registre après que l'établissement a obtenu un Contrat d'Agence notarié et accrédité auprès de l'une des sociétés étrangères. l'Administration délivre la carte d'inscription à l'agent égyptien après avoir examiné les documents de l'établissement et se conformer aux lois et règlements qui le régissent pour une période de cinq ans renouvelable et y joint une carte avec les données de la société étrangère propriétaire du produit ou de la marque commerciale.
