M. L’ingénieur Essam El- Naggar/ Chef du conseil d'administration de la (GOEIC) signe un protocole de coopération avec l'ingénieur. Bassam El- shenwany/Chef du conseil d'administration de « l'Association Égyptienne des jeunes entrepreneurs » pour échanger les expériences ,fournir l'extraction des données du commerce extérieur et créer davantage les cours pédagogiques ,ainsi que les cours de formation abordant les tâches de la (GOEIC) avec la possibilité d'examiner les échantillons contractuels dans les laboratoires de l'Autorité accrédités localement et internationalement.

 Le protocole a été signé en présence d'un certain nombre des dirigeants de la (GOEIC) et des membres de  « l'Association égyptienne des jeunes entrepreneurs ».
