• بناء على طلب صاحب الشأن أو من له حق الإدارة أو التوقيع عن المنشأة
  أو بناء على طلب الجهات الحكومية (المحاكم-الضرائب. الخ).

2. Cette demande peut être faite par la personne concernée ou par une personne ayant le pouvoir de gérer ou de signer au nom de l'établissement.
3. Alternativement, elle peut être demandée par des organismes gouvernementaux tels que les tribunaux ou les autorités fiscales, etc.
