In accordance with article 99 of Executive Regulation 770 of 2005:

The Authority's branches are committed to delivering the importer with the inspected samples. •
In the event that the importer or his representative does not come forward to receive it within 15 days of learning of the final results of the examination, it shall be disposed of in accordance with the rules issued by a decision of the Minister for Foreign Trade.

Conformément à l’article 99 du règlement exécutif 770 de 2005 :

Les succursales de l’Administration se sont engagées à livrer les échantillons inspectés à l’importateur. •
Si l’importateur ou son représentant ne se présente pas pour le recevoir dans les 15 jours suivant la connaissance des résultats définitifs de l’examen, il en sera disposé conformément aux règles établies par décision du ministre du Commerce extérieur.
