وكالات الدعاية والإعلان والتسويق
تصدر الادارة بطاقة قيد في السجل بعد حصول المنشأة على عقد وكالة من احدى الشركات الاجنبية موثق ومعتمد حيث تصدر الادارة بطاقة القيد للوكيل المصري بعد فحص مستندات المنشأة ومطابقتها للقوانين واللوائح المنظمة لذلك لمدة خمس سنوات قابله للتجديد ومرفق بها بطاقة ببيانات الشركة الاجنبية صاحبة المنتج او العلامة التجارية.
المكاتب الأجنبية
تصدر الإدارة بطاقة قيد في سجل مكاتب خدمات الشركات الأجنبية بعد الحصول على خطاب من الشركة الأجنبية يفيد رغبتها في القيد ، بشرط أن يكون للشركة الأجنبية وكيل مصري ولا يمارس المكتب أي نشاط تجاري.
Bureaux étrangers
Le Département émet une carte d'enregistrement dans le registre des bureaux de services des sociétés étrangères après avoir reçu une lettre de la société étrangère exprimant son désir de s'inscrire. Cela dépend du fait que la société étrangère dispose d'un agent égyptien et que le bureau n'exerce aucune activité commerciale.
