Le ministère délivre une carte d’enregistrement dans le registre après que l’établissement a obtenu un contrat d’agence d’une entreprise étrangère certifiée et certifiée. Le département délivre la carte d’enregistrement à l’agent égyptien après avoir examiné les documents de l’établissement et conformément aux lois et règlements régissant cela pour une période de cinq ans renouvelable et en joignant une carte aux données de la société étrangère du propriétaire de la produit ou marque.
