Le Ministre du Commerce et de l'Industrie donne un délai aux importateurs pour régulariser la situation Nevin Gamee, accordant aux importateurs un délai de trois mois pour régulariser la situation. À la lumière du fait que l'État égyptien continue de suivre des plans et des programmes pour compenser les pertes causées par l'émergence du virus Corona et pour faciliter les transactions et les procédures effectuées par diverses parties - en particulier le secteur privé - qui ont été directement touchées par les effets de cette pandémie. Son Excellence le Ministre du Commerce et de l'Industrie, Nevin Gamee, a accepté de donner aux importateurs un délai de trois mois pour concilier les conditions liées à la résolution ministérielle n ° 991 de 2015 et se terminer le 20/05/2022 en raison de la quatrième vague du virus Corona envahissant la plupart des pays, ce qui a entraîné la difficulté de délivrer des certificats de pré-examen avant expédition.  No. 991 of 2015  No. 96 of 2022

The minister of trade and industry gives time to the importers to reconcile their situation News   Neven Gamea: gives the importers time (three months) to reconcile their situation In the light of the Egyptian state 's continued pursuit of plans and programs to make up for the losses which caused by corona epidemic, and to facilities the deal and the procedures which carried out by different sides (especially the private sector) that was damaged directly from the effects of this pandemic .   The minister of trade and industry approved to give time (three months) to the importers to reconcile their situation, according to the industrial decree 991/2015, ending on 20 June 2022 that expired at 20/5/2022 due to the overrun of the fourth wave of corona epidemic to most of countries, results that the issuing of pre-examination certificates before shipment become so difficult.    Resolution No. 991 of 2015   Resolution No. 96 of 2022
