• Conformément à la loi 118 de 1975 concernant l'importation et l'exportation et à son règlement exécutif 770 de 2005, l'Autorité douanière est responsable de déterminer le statut d'importation des marchandises et de spécifier leur classification douanière et l'autorité de présentation.

This service allows producing companies/brand owners to register in the list of producers meeting the visual inspection standards of GOEIC according to Article 94 of Regulation 770 of 2005 implementing the provisions of Law 118 of 1975.

Ce service permet aux entreprises productrices/propriétaires de marques de s'enregistrer dans la liste des producteurs conformes aux normes d'inspection visuelle de la (GOEIC) conformément à l'Article 94 du Règlement 770 de 2005 mettant en œuvre les dispositions de la Loi 118 de 1975.
