GOEIC announced that GOEIC had issued its comparative semiannual report for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports of 2019 which showed an increase in the value of (5) export councils starting with “Export Council of AGRICULTURAL” with value (1.575) Billion dollars during the first half of 2019 compared to (1.446) billion dollars in the first half of 2018 ,after that “Export Council of books and art types” with value (7.156 MDS) in the first half of 2019 compared to (6.670 MDs) during the same period of the previous year.

GOEIC announced in the monthly report about the most important (20) industrial items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during JUNE 2019 where petrol oil (except its row shape) begins the list of these items, then came gold, fertilizers, monitors, wires, cables, suits, jackets and Ethylene polymers.

GOEIC announced in the monthly report about the most important (20) food items of Egyptian's non-petroleum exports during JUNE 2019 where fresh and dry grapes begins the list of these items, then came fresh and dry citrus , fresh and cooled onion, starch industries residues, chocolates, cheese, dry bean horns, fruits, frozen vegetables, and fresh and cooled potatoes.

Under the guidance of Mr. Eng. Minister of Trade and Industry towards effective coordination among all the bodies and related bodies of the Ministry in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the services presented.

GOEIC issued the monthly statement of the country groups for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports during June 2019, where it came at the beginning the value of Egypt's exports of the “European Union “with value (636 M-USD).

Ismael Gaber - Chairman of GOEIC announced that GOEIC had issued its comparative monthly report for the Egyptian non-petroleum imports which showed a decrease in the Egyptian non- petroleum imports with a value of (1,147) billion dollars or (18%) compared to May 2018. Where the value of the Egyptian non- petroleum imports during May 2019 reached (5,086) billion dollars versus (6,233) billion dollars during May 2018. The report also illuminates a decrease in the value of the imports of (9) sectors, starting with the imports of “Medical Industries” with a value of (107 MDs) in May 2019 compared to (270 MDs) in May 2018. Then came the imports of “Furniture” with value (51 MDS) in May 2019 compared to (119 MDS) in May 2018.

GOEIC announced that GOEIC had issued its comparative monthly report for the Egyptian non-petroleum exports of JUNE 2019 which showed an increase in the value of (4) export councils starting with”Export Council of AGRICULTURAL” with value (229 MDs) in JUNE 2019 compared to (145 MDs) during the same month of the previous year, after that 'Export Council of Food Industries' came with value (205 MDs) in JUNE 2019 compared to (183 MDs) in JUNE 2018.

The Egyptian Lebanese Association for Businessmen held a seminar entitled ‘‘Trade Facilitation Mechanisms and Exports Development‘‘ with the presence of M.G. Ismael Gaber the chairman of GOEIC, and the members of Lebanese Association where they discussed the role of GOEIC in Foreign Trade Facilitation through its accredited labs.
