Within the framework of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, to remove all obstacles to the movement of trade to the business community and facilitate the movement of foreign trade.
Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, and Eng. Sayed Mansour, Chairman of the Central Department of Industrial Commodities, received the Korean delegation of Samsung S.D.S Global's at GOEIC.
The Korean delegation and its escorts included: -

Eng.Essam Al-Naggar reviewed the functions of the General Organization for Export and Import Control and the regulatory role entrusted to him and the procedures and assistance that foreign investors can receive in Egypt through the activities and work of GOEIC.
The Korean delegation representing Samsung S.D.S Global enquired about the terms of import in Egypt and how to make possible use of Egyptian trade agreements to facilitate the trade and investment process in Egypt.
The meeting revolved around Decree No. 403 on "Pre-inspection/Pre-shipment Certificate" in accordance with the Ministerial Decision concerning certain goods imported under special conditions.
His Excellency stated that the General Organization for Export and Import Control welcomes the large number of importers to register the producing companies with GOEIC Visual Inspection checklist in accordance with Article 94 of the Import Regulation (770) of 2005.
To facilitate customers and reduce procedures and time, without the need for pre-shipment Inspection certificate.
At the end of the meeting, Eng. Essam Al-Naggar, Chairman of the General Organization for Export and Import Control, expressed his pleasure at visiting the Korean delegation representing Samsung S.D.S Global and confirm that GOEIC is always ready to provide full support to the business community.
