Service description

In order to save time and facilitate the course of procedures for commercial customers, this service allows them to submit application of inquiring about a registration in importers record of GOEIC using the online portal and it aims at providing a mechanism for the process of submitting such application, which will save time spent on the service.

Head office at Cairo - Branches (6th Of October - Alexandria - Port Said - Suez - Damietta)

Requirements of Service

·         The customer shall have an active e-services account on the online portal.

·         The procedure must be completed at the GOEIC branch within 15 days as of the date of submitting the application through the portal.

Required documents

First: In case of inquiring through the interested party:

·         Submit the application signed by the interested party or his official legal approved agent.

Second: In case of inquiring through an official body:

·         An official letter from the applicant.

Procedures of Service

1.      Submit an application by the businessman or his agent.

2.      Collect the prescribed fees

3.      Inquire through computer.

4.      Write the reply, send it by mail, and save a copy of it.
