Delisting the establishments or companies registered in the exporters’ register in accordance with Law 118 of 1975 AD and Regulation 770 of 2005 AD at the exporter’s request

Required Documents

1. The origin of the write-off request form signed by the person concerned or who has the right to administer according to the latest commercial record on file with the signature in front of the competent employee or the authenticity of a signature from the bank
2. A copy of the national ID card or passport of the owner of the facility, or who has the right to manage, sign, and the original for perusal
3. Bring all copies of valid exporters register cards issued to the facility / company
   OR a police report of their loss or the loss of any of them
4. If the applicant is an agent or authorized representative
   • A copy of the national ID card or passport of the agent or authorized person and the original for viewing
   • A copy of a notarized authorized from the real estate registry for the purpose of writing off the record and the original for review (even a second agent is accepted only)
     OR the original authorization form signed by the person concerned, or who has the right to manage and sign before the competent employee
     OR the authenticity of the signature is attested by the bank, provided that the purpose is to write off the entry
   • Acknowledgment of the validity of the authorized signed by the agent (if the applicant is an agent of the facility)

Delisting procedures at the request of the exporter

1. Book an appointment through Goeic’s website (in case the application is submitted with a favor - October - the office of the Investors Services Complex in the General Investment Authority only)

2. Submitting the required documents in accordance with Regulation 770/2005
3. Check the required documents
4. Determining the value of the prescribed fees through the application receiving window
5. Pay the fees to the organization’s treasury with a visa
6. Financial and technical auditor
7. Registration of the initial write-off request
8. Preparing and approving a write-off note
9. Recording the final delisting decision

• • Accepts even a second agent only - the authorization is valid for one time and to perform one action only
• • If the person concerned or who has the right to manage and sign outside the country and delegate his legal representative to submit an application for obtaining the service at the authority, the authorized issued by a foreign authority must be certified by the Egyptian embassy or consulate abroad and deposited in the real estate registry in Egypt
• • To inquire about the issuance of the decision to write off, you can call the call center 19591 or visit the customer service office at the airport
• • To obtain a certificate stating that the facility or company has been written off, you can request a data certificate
• • After canceling the exporters register card, the registration of the customs dealers card must be written off from the computer of the customs car customs at Cairo International Airport
• • The establishment/company may not be re-registered except after the cancellation decision has been issued and registered on the system
• • If the write-off is by a ministerial decision to re-register in the exporters’ register for a period of 3 years because the exporter has committed one of the deviations mentioned in Articles 62-63 of Regulation 770/2005 AD, the establishment may not be re-registered until after the violation period has elapsed.
