In order to save time and facilitate the course of procedures for commercial customers, this service allows them to submit an application of cancellation of the registration and insurance refund to GOEIC using the online portal and it aims to provide a mechanism for the process of submitting such application, which will save time spent on the service.
General Department of Commercial Agents and Intermediaries Register
GOEIC Head office (Alexandria branch). Receiving and sending the documents shall only be made by the portfolio.
· The customer must have an active e-services account on the online portal
· The procedure must be completed at the Organization headquarters within 15 days of the date of submitting the application on the portal
· Registration cancellation application (in case of cancellation pursuant to the request of the interested party)
First: Cancellation upon his request:
1. Submission of the cancellation application along with all the cards previously issued for him
2. 2- Writing a report of the cancellation decision, issuing the cancellation decision, and sending a copy to the interested party.
3. Providing of Form No. 50 G.A and sending of such to financial affairs with the cancellation decision and Form No. 1S with the amount of insurance of the first registration included.
4. Issuing the insurance check from Abbasiyah branch financial affairs
5. Receiving the check by hand by the interested party
6. Electronic input of cancellation
Second: Administrative cancellation:
1. Electronic extraction of a statement with entries that have passed a period of 90 days subsequent to the expiration date
2. Checking the file whether it should be renewed or not
3. Writing a report and a cancellation decision for each entry
4. Numbering the cancellation decision
5. Sending a copy of the cancellation decision to the interested party
6. Electronic input of cancellation
