  The main task of the Call Centre is to receive all phone-inquiries from importers, exporters, and other customers; and replying to them. This include the following:
  1. Complaints & the Appeal Committee’s Decision.
  2. Inquiries about regulations, laws and procedures like

  3. Registration in visual inspection system for producers.

  4. Inspection & testing in food & industrial laboratories.

  5. How to export? Or How to import?

  6. How to issue a commercial registration?

  7. How to issue an origin certification?

  8. Unified statistical form.
